Job Description
The Additional Senior APEX Developer will provide Oracle development capacity to accelerate the implementation of the Medical Cannabis Patient Registry and Patient Portal, supporting parallel development activities.
Required / Preferred Experience
7+ years of enterprise Oracle APEX and PL/SQL development.
Oracle enterprise application development.
REST services and data-centric workflows.
Accessibility and enterprise modernization experience preferred.
Key Technical Skills
Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, ORDS, Oracle Database, SQL, JavaScript, REST APIs, Git, Azure DevOps, unit testing, performance tuning, and secure coding.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Oracle APEX modules, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports. Implement approved business rules, enhance Patient Portal functionality, troubleshoot defects, conduct unit testing and code reviews, and support integrations and application releases.
