Concrete Superintendent - WWTP Projects
Overview We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects with a strong focus on wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) work. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, crews, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations on WWTP and concrete construction projects

Manage crews, subcontractors, and jobsite activities from start to finish

Coordinate concrete pours, formwork, reinforcing, and sequencing

Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and schedule

Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite

Communicate progress, issues, and manpower needs with project management

Participate in inspections, meetings, and project closeout activities

Qualifications

5+ years of experience running ground-up construction projects

Strong background in concrete construction

Prior WWTP project experience is required

Ability to lead crews and manage multiple scopes of work

Willingness to travel regionally as needed (light travel)
