Job Description

Salary: $76,000 - 116,000 per year Requirements:

• Were looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IT professional.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with MDM tools such as Intune, Jamf, AirWatch, or Workspace ONE UEM.
• Experience with Active Directory.

• Provide second-level technical support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior team leads when needed.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address critical issues outside regular business hours.
• Manage and prioritize support requests in ServiceNow to meet service-level agreements.
• Deliver professional, clear, positive, and effective customer communication.
• Help users configure and troubleshoot Microsoft applications and services, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, multifactor authentication, and Company Portal.
