Position SummaryUnder the general supervision of the AVP/Electronic Banking Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides support to the Deposit Operations Department by performing daily tasks that contribute to the optimal delivery and performance of the bank's products and services in conformance with established Bank policies, procedures, strategies, and banking regulations. This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:Role and Responsibilities· Debit Card Dispute Processing · ATM and Dispute Reconcilements · Remote Deposit Capture Check Processing · ACH Exception Item Processing · Bill Payment Support Case Processing · ACH Batch Processing · Debit Card Maintenance Request Processing · Compromised Card Alert Review and Processing · Mobile Wallet Processing · Process Business Banking Maintenance Requests · Business Online Banking – New Customer Setup · Business Banking ACH - New Customer Setup · Business Banking Wire – New Customer Setup · Remote Deposit Capture – New Customer Setup · Maintain and Review Business Banking Statistics · Bank Website- Review and Update · RDC Fee Processing· Monthly Statement Message Processing· Wire Transfer Processing · Returned Mail Processing · Online/Telephone Customer and Branch Support (operational and electronic) · Debit Card Maintenance Request Processing · Social Security/Medicaid Account Verification Processing · Fraud Alert Reviews· Voicemail Response· Verbal and written communication with customers.· Assists Deposit Operations as needed. · Performs other related duties as assigned, within the scope of their authority and expertise, to provide support to all employees and customers of the Bank.
