Job Description

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories seeks an Event & Tradeshow Coordinator to plan and execute tradeshows, webinars, and marketing events across North America for its biopharma and medical device testing divisions. The role requires coordination of logistics, vendor management, budget oversight, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute tradeshows, conferences, and marketing events from planning through completion
• Manage event budgets, contracts, timelines, and logistics including booth setup and promotional materials
• Plan webinars, seminars, and corporate meetings with speaker coordination and attendee communications
• Serve as primary contact for venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and vendor coordination
• Track event expenses, compile post-event metrics, and analyze performance for improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field
• Minimum two years of experience coordinating tradeshows, conferences, or marketing events
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, and event logistics
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
