Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.Additional Details:Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.Required Skills/Experience:Required skills include Emergency Department experience, blood glucose monitoring/testing, feeding tube care and management, female and male Foley catheter insertion, ear drops, eye drops, IM & SQ administration, NG tube/G-tube, oral and subcutaneous administration, ambulation, face masks, nasal cannula, oxygen administration, bathing (sitz, tub, bed, and shower), mouth care, patient admission, communication of patient status changes to RN/MD, isolation precautions, and vital sign monitoring.Preferred Skills/Experience:Previous Charge Experience: PreferredSpecial Requests:Minimal RTO is requested; any additional RTO requests beyond what is submitted prior to signing cannot be accommodated.Unit Details:The overflow unit accommodates ED boarder patients and will operate for several months.The unit is a flex space inside the GI Endoscopy area, and patient volume may increase or decrease depending on demand and the number of boarders.LPNs may not assume an assignment or act as a resource in GIOF or med/surg and may be utilized as a PCT.SBAR is used for ED patients; verbal report is expected for all other transfers and admissions.Shift & Scheduling:Every other weekend.Call required: dependent on staffing needs.Floating Requirements:Based on turn, the clinician would float to care for medical-surgical patients.Details:AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEWThis is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
