Salary: $110,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• We require you to be a member in good standing with the local union, or willing to become a member once accepted by the union.
• We expect a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• We need strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You should be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, technical procedures, government regulations, and codes.
• You must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• You should be able to speak effectively before small groups of tenants or colleagues.
• You need working knowledge of, or the ability to build proficiency in, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and other software packages.
• You must be able to interact professionally with tenants and contractors.
• You should be able to traverse large, campus-style sites.
• You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• You should be able to climb stairs and navigate rooftops to access equipment.
• You must be comfortable using ladders up to 30 feet and working at heights.
• You need the ability to climb a ladder with a 300-lb weight limit.
• You must be able to work varying schedules.
• You must be available to work holidays.
• You must be able to respond to site emergencies.
• Preferred: experience with electrical systems, HVAC, and/or critical environments.
• We require authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• We conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems such as cooling systems, electrical systems, generators, fire suppression, and UPS systems to keep the data center running smoothly.
• We monitor building management systems and respond quickly to alarms and alerts.
• We support diagnosis and resolution of operational issues involving electrical, mechanical, and network-related problems, working with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting.
• We assist with the installation, configuration, testing, upgrades, and modification of new equipment.
• We maintain accurate records of maintenance work, materials used, changes made, and we prepare reports on equipment status, incidents, and service requests.
• We update equipment inventory and documentation as needed.
• We follow safety protocols, regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and company policies, and we escalate safety concerns or violations to senior staff.
• We provide general operational support, including cleanliness, organization, inventory monitoring, equipment tracking, and labeling.
• We learn the data center site thoroughly so we can manage incidents and events that place critical systems at risk.
• We handle work order management, including CMMS, vendor management, and customer-facing tickets.
• We perform other duties as assigned.
