Requirements

• 5 years or more of Oracle PL/SQL development, including procedures, functions, packages, and complex queries.

• Proficiency in Oracle APEX application development, UI design, security, and role-based authorization.

• Experience with Oracle 19c RDBMS, data modeling, SQL Developer, and TOAD.

• Experience in migrating legacy Oracle Forms applications to Oracle APEX.

• Experience with SQL tuning, debugging, web service integration, SQL Server, and Agile/Scrum delivery.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Convert legacy Oracle Forms applications into modern, secure Oracle APEX solutions.

• Build and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and advanced queries.

• Design APEX interfaces and help define UI/UX standards for future applications.

• Configure application security, roles, and authorization across integrated Oracle systems.

• Profile and tune SQL, views, and stored procedures to improve performance and maintainability.

• Support deployments, release management, reporting, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
