Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PC Maintenance Technician to provide essential systems support and ensure seamless operation of computer systems and networks.

As a PC Maintenance Technician - Systems Support Specialist, you will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. You will also support user accounts, manage security rights, and coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues.

• PAY RANGE: $20.00

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Provide routine analysis and problem solving of network or PC software, hardware, or peripherals.
• Contact and coordinate with hardware or software vendors for service when necessary.
• Install computer hardware, software, and peripherals for new employees.
• Install new software packages and upgrades.
• May control password assignment.
• May aid in the development of system documentation and procedure manuals as required.
• May facilitate and conduct training sessions for company employees in the operation of software/hardware systems.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Must be able to complete required pre-employment screening.
• Regular and punctual attendance is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent preferred.
• General knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware, and PC operating systems preferred.
