PC Technician
Location: Tifton, GA 31794 – OnsiteResponsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, PC, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software. Set up computers and peripherals for new employees. Support user accounts, access rights, security groups, and passwords. Coordinate with hardware/software vendors when required. Maintain technical documentation and support procedures. Provide excellent customer service and end-user training as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education/experience. 2-year degree in IT/Computer Science is preferred. General knowledge of hardware, software, PC operating systems, and peripherals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
