Position Overview
The Territory Manager will drive sales growth, build relationships with healthcare providers, and promote products and services within the designated territory. This full-time position requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
• Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, to promote innovative medical technology solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to educate clients on products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to communicate progress to management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in field-based sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Salary & Benefits
The Territory Manager position offers a base salary of $100,000 annually, plus uncapped commissions based on experience and qualifications, with a target of $195,000. The company offers a competitive benefits package that includes:
