Salary: $121,929.6 - 126,256 per year Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and Transact-SQL
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring SSIS ETL solutions
• Proficiency in SSRS report design, performance optimization, and automation
• Experience using REST APIs and GraphQL for data integration and migration
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, metadata, and data quality practices in regulated environments
• Ability to turn business requests into technical requirements and communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail when validating SQL queries and reports
• Experience with Kadince Software for data migration, imports, exports, and report creation
• Preferred: Experience with SSAS, Excel Services, PerformancePoint, and PowerPivot
• Preferred: SharePoint experience integrating with business intelligence solutions
• Preferred: Experience with Autosys scheduling in enterprise data environments

• Design and maintain enterprise data models for CRA reporting, regulatory compliance, and business analytics
• Establish and uphold data architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across the CDAR ecosystem
• Assess source systems and develop scalable integrations for new data assets, including lineage and metadata
• Create data governance, quality, and stewardship frameworks to support accurate reporting
• Lead architecture reviews and advise on database, ETL, and reporting initiatives
• Create and maintain procedural documentation
• Design, develop, and optimize solutions in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance
• Build complex stored procedures, views, functions, and other database objects with performance in mind
• Tune performance through indexing and query optimization, and support capacity planning
• Support upgrades, security controls, high availability, and disaster recovery planning
• Maintain platform stability, availability, and alignment with enterprise technology standards
• Use REST APIs and GraphQL for data integration and migration where appropriate
• Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise ETL solutions using SSIS
• Schedule, orchestrate, and monitor ETL workflows with Autosys
• Design and optimize data ingestion from internal and external sources with integrity controls
• Automate workflows for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to resolve integration issues
• Develop and support SSRS reports for regulatory, operational, and executive audiences
• Build scalable reporting architectures with automation and distribution controls
• Convert business reporting needs into robust technical solutions
