Roles and Responsibilities:
Support and lead delivery teams in an Agile environment.
Work as a Scrum Master in a SAFe Agile environment.
Support Marketing Technology initiatives.
Support Agile delivery within retail, ecommerce, and digital product organizations.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master role in an Agile environment.
Strong experience supporting and leading delivery teams.
Strong experience in a SAFe Agile environment.
Scrum / PMP / AGILE certifications (at least one) required.
Experience supporting Marketing Technology is strongly preferred.
Retail experience, especially Kroger, Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.
Ecommerce experience.
Digital Product organizations.
